James Ward - Managing Director
James has 15 years childcare industry experience and pioneered the concept of outsourced childcare centre development for major employers in the early 90's. James has developed and operated a number of childcare centres at locations including:
- North Sydney - opened 1991
- Kent Street Sydney - opened 1994 - Awarded "Commercial interior of the year"
- Broadway Shopping Centre - opened 1998
- Rhodes Shopping Centre - opened 2005
Ian Hobson - Project Director
Ian practised as a solicitor for 14 years prior to pursuing a more commercial, practical role in property development and advisory. His knowledge of the legal and regulatory aspects of childcare combined with a thorough understanding of the finances and practicalities of the building delivery process are of significant value in the context of the CCSA model.
Ross Baker - Development Manager
Ross is a professional civil engineer with over 12 years experience in the project procurement of various development projects in Australia and overseas. His exposure to a range of technical disciplines including the development management of commercial, industrial and residential developments complements the team at CCSA. |
